IFBB Nordic Pro Athlete Meeting & Registration

HOW TO ENTER
The deadline for entering the competition is October 6th, 2020. The final decision to allow an athlete to compete in this event rests with the IFBB Nordic Pro Organizing Committee.

To enter this event an athlete shall have renewed or purchased the IFBB Elite Pro card for 2020. One can do this at https://www.elitepro.gbisportinnovation.com/new-licence and once the process have been completed, an athlete will receive a password in order to send entries to the IFBB Elite Pro contests.

The entry for 2020 IFBB Nordic Pro shall be sent no later than 6th of October through the IFBB Elite Pro entry system at https://www.elitepro.gbisportinnovation.com/licence-access

All athletes will have to show their passport and 2020 IFBB Elite Pro virtual Card at the Pro athlete meeting.

HOTEL ROOMS – I M P O R T A N T   N O T I C E!
The Organizing Committee will help you with hotel rooms reservations if you contact at least 30 days in advance.

COMPETITORS MEETING
All IFBB Elite Pro Athletes are warmly welcome to compete at IFBB Nordic Pro Show. The official arrival day is Friday, October 9th, 2020. The athlete meeting will be held on Friday October 9th at the Turku Fair Centre Congress Hall at 21:00 (Main Entrance). If you miss the athlete meeting, you are not able to participate.

POSING MUSIC:
All posing music must be on an audio CD only. The posing music must also be at the start of the CD. Each competitor must affix his or her name on the CD for an easy identification. CDs with the posing music will be collected at the athlete meeting. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COMPETITORS
Each athlete participating in the championship will be provided with a badge at the registration. This badge allows a daily admission to the Nordic Fitness Expo both on Saturday and Sunday and in addition allows to see the IFBB Nordic Cup event. All pro competitors will receive an extra ticket to the Nordic Pro event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All the costs for traveling, hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the airport, as well as meals, are on responsibilities of the individual athletes.
